Soul Calibur VI: General discussion

i know what im doing in CaS when the game drops. =D THANKS!
I wanna do the same! But... is it confirmed we can put different make up/face paint on standard roster members in 6? I don't remember us being able to customize roster members that way in 5...

As far i know if you are into figures and stuff, you better commit cus this hobby is expensive AF.
Sorry for the late response, but Kotobukiya's Street Fighter bishoujo figure line is both excellent and affordable. I might not call them "cheap," but $70 for awesome looking Cammy/Ibuki/Juri figures seems fine to me. Certainly a lot better than the $400 F4F asks for.

Maybe if SoulCalibur VI takes off, they'll do a line of SC ladies.[/dreams]

Pretty sure they also did some for the Tekken ladies, so it’s not entirely out of the question. Though I feel Bamco might think the collector’s edition Soph statue is enough

I have F4F’s Nightmare statue and it’s pretty incredible; if they release an SC2 or 3 Siegfried (I’m pretty sure the alt in 2 is the same as the P1 in 3) I’d snatch that up, but I’m not in a rush to collect other characters unless they were far cheaper.

It keeps happening!

Yoshi looks like he has the same move animation as Taki's overheard possession kick!?

Shame Signia hardly used that Soul Charge unblockable B string that we saw Boom use a couple of times (he never used it enough either). There were 2 other amazing Yoshi combos that we saw Signia only pull off once each. Last tourny he pulled out another combo that we only saw once too. Not much consistency! :/

Also, Tomo and other Taki players seem to underuse her double-hit B pos string (both mid-hits I think).

That guy who finished 2nd has to be the best Geralt player we've seen so far I reckon.

Note: all the Yoshi combos are here:

What is that move at the end!? Madness... shows there's a lot we haven't seen.

says "exclusive new version of Soul Calibur VI" "featuring for the first time, Geralt". Well, since Geralt has been shown forever... I wonder how "exclusive" the new version is lol.
I thought the same thing. When I first saw exclusive and new, I assumed that this would be the new build. Then I finished reading it and it just sounds like whoever wrote it had no idea what they were talking about.

If there will be Raphael, new female char and Lizardman on the main roster I would live wihout Rock, Hwang and Setsuka... somehow

Normally, four weeks wouldn't be so bad a wait, but it literally feels like time isn't going any faster. These past few months waiting for SCVI have gone much faster. I hope the "new" stuff they reveal at TGS, along with the plethora of gameplay we'll be seeing from six whole characters will be enough to revitalize us for the next month.

I think we only need to worry for 2 weeks post TGS because the remaining 1.5-2 weeks will be all about ANTICIPATION OF RELEASE.
