canada is strong. Congrats to all the placers, congrats to those who tried to place..and well...failed. So much strong competition. I thought kdz might've broke top 5 heh
 
It came as no surprise that Oof was gonna take the win... As soon as I saw his name in the brackets I knew what it was lol Congratz Oof. I wish I could've been a part of this event, but when it's tourney time in the ATL, I hope to see u guys down here. Also, congrats for the team win, ATL Stand Up! lol
 
finals was damn good, oof was up 3-0 then wing came back to make it 3-3 then oof took it home.

There are actually a few matches I cant wait to see when vids come out.
 
Are there any money match results? And how was the first round grudge match between KDZ and SomethingUnique?

Congrats to the placers, I had a feeling I'd see either Oofmatic or someone from ATL take this. And I really gotta say Wing-zero is damn impressive he keeps showing up at the top consistently. I hope there were a ton of matches recorded because there are a lot that seem like amazing match ups.

So Oof's got the belt now? Daymn, goodshit. I knew if I waited long enough, that belt was gonna travel. But that doesn't mean I won't try my best to bring it home ;)
 
Uh, I beat Oof's Kilik with my Mina (once) just before he left. He was playing so solid, I knew he would take it if he could get around Dino.

Guess we'll just wait for the Asura patch.
 
Damn nice tournament this was. An insane amount of people and competition, extremely long because of waiting for people to come to their matches and the stupid TV's kept going out. ATL and The Canadians damn did they bring it.

Congrats to Oofmatic for 1st and for winning the belt with a diverse range of characters. WingZero once again with the solid placings, congrats. JTO, all around insane Cassandra and omg at the team tourney domination. Hopefully we get to have that money match another time.

Also thanks to those people who I won money from it helped make up the difference in what it cost me to get out there.

Serge: Lol you are one of the funniest people I have met. You are hands down nuts. Intoxicated Serge is even funnier. Next time i'm gonna secretly poor liqour in your drinks just to see drunk Serge again.

KDZ: Solid match in the Hilde vs. Kilik debacle. The 3 consecutive ringouts was just heartbraking. Ironic that in the end we both tied for 9th though. In the end the beef is squashed and I hope to play you again maybe even get some money matches in. See u at Regionals

Jaxel and look alike Brother (lol): Damn Solid job running that tournament. Your lungs are probably damaged for eternity (lol). Keep them coming i'm thirsty for more.

Papy: Thanks for the advice it was fun hangin with ya. I will be attending some of those sessions after my semester is up.

Also for those who's names I can't remember it was nice meeting you all and it was fun.

Side Note: Lol at the " Everyone get the fuck out of my room" comment to all of you who were in my room. Next time I will bring Knives, and Bats (lol). Just Kiddin

I had 7 money matches on Sunday and won them all $10.00 each. I can't remember one though.

Something-Unique vs. BigBoi: (5-3) Damn it seems like WingZero has certaintly sharpened the reflexes for you ATL guys. The defense I had to get through was extremely difficult. Really sick Lizardman you got there.
Next time I see u we can definitely get that rematch.

Something-Unique vs. XxHumanTyphoonxX: (5-0) Yo I am happy I finally met you in person and got to have a crack at your Sophie. Setsuka was crazy to. Originally I thought u took me for a joke online because you never played me serious at all, but now I understand why from what u told me. It was nice playing you.

Something-Unique vs. Viscious: (5-3): Omg your countering skills is ridiculous. That one match you literally countered everything I did and your use of the pussy punch (Serge's interpretation lol) is phenomonal. 7-Frames, 7-Frames, 7-Frames damn is that shit scary. Really solid Yoshimitsu man.

Something-Unique vs. JustKill: (5-1) Good matches and I look forward to playing you again sometime and for higher stakes like we would have played in the rematch provided we had time for one. Next time look out for the FOTD A+G version.

Something-Unique vs. Thugish: (5-4) Omg, Omg, Omg, Omg, damn you are insane and I see why everyone says your like the best player in all of Soul Calibur. Your defense is absolutely ridiculous and the only way I could fight you back was anticipating what you do. You blocked every single move I did, lows, mids, highs, escaped my throws constantly. WSB tricks you fell for almost never and your execution was just ridiculous. You made me use moves I don't ever really use and made me question everything I did. Down to the wire in the last match. Your Amy and X is just all round atrocious.

Something-Unique vs. Bibulous (a.k.a SomethingTerrible lol): (5-4) Voldo is to fucking good. He is definitely in a tier of his own. I had to keep distance at all times because his mixup is unseeable. It must be insanely hard for in close fighters to keep up with Voldo. I have to thank WS B, WS 3B, and especially the Asura for this one. I want to continue playing u.

In the end it was alot of fun and I look forward to more. Next up Regionals.
 
Glad we got a shit load of entrants. I think it would've been the highest if it wasnt for HDR being 1 dollar.
Had ALOT of fun, as always with NEC. Never dissapoints.
I think the best and funniest part of the tourney was Tom Brady losing to Tira. Not once. BUT TWICE! lol. And the STIFF CHANT afterwards.
(It was jus everyone that was watching the match shouting Stiff over and over again really loud. Too fucking funny. lol.)

Oof - Good shit in the tourney. I'm really dissapointed in the match I had against you. I'm almost positive I could have taken it, but I lack character experience and I can't test anything anyways, but you did really well. Congrats once again, you deserve it.

Rest of Canada - You guys are cool as hell. Sucks I didnt get to play any of you but congrats on placing as well. Next time we'll play for sure. Maybe get some MM's in as well.

Tag and Naomi - You hot chicks rock. Kinda wanted to get to know you more outside the tourney setting, but hopefully we'll meet up in the future. And breaking the rules is always fun to see, when you girls do it. lol. ^_^

Omar - Like I told you before. The clock hit 1, or it was about to and after that I jus grew so tired of the tourney and everything to do with it. I jus wanted to go out and drink. I rushed our match and practically handed it to you. But you were better prepared this time around. Thats for sure. I'll prolly MM you at Regionals or something. Good shit tho.

Idle and MA - Great seeing you again. Hope you felt better on Sunday tho. Especially since you had Chicken wings. Ancient Chinese Secrets ftw. Goofus and the rest of you guys - Hope to play you guys in the future too, since we never ever play and we're always at the same tournies. lol.

MTFighter - Yay Jeff ^_^ Nice seeing you again. But we're jus repeating SC3 all over again and not playing each other. wtf? lol. Hope you come to regionals so we can like play and talk and stuff and be the best of buds like always.

Millionz - Lol. You know what I told you. Jus remember to tell Tiamat too and we'll be fine. ^_^

ATL - You guys are all stupid solid. With the tourney running so late and us only having that one set-up on Sunday it was impossible to get in on some games. Next time will prolly be FR, I'll try to make that and hopefully play all you guys. Good shit in the tourney as well.
