Wow, this turned out a lot more segmented than I thought it would. SC5 is extremely well balanced, but you might not think that looking at this list, lol. You can think of A- and B- tiers as being just slightly worse than the A and B tiers. No clue where to put Dampierre, so I didn't bother including him.
EDIT: Made some changes not even a week after I posted this, lol. I moved NM down a tier, since after using him more I've realized that he simply has too many match-ups that are just not in his favor, or are just totally messed up (vs Natsu for example). Even though he has good tools and can definitely win even his bad MUs, it seems like he's at a disadvantage in a large part of his MUs which prevents me from saying he's in the same tier as Maxi or Ezio.
I also moved Aeon up a tier. It wasn't until recently that I realized how strong some of his tools were, and how easily Aeon can just control matches with them. Between 663A, 4B+K, 1B BE, throws, and a couple of other moves, Aeon can really mess you up. 4B+K alone is extremely good, to the point where I'm really confused why I haven't heard much about this move until recently.
I am considering moving Voldo down a tier, but for now I think i'll just leave him in A.
