B+K is Pat's go-to high crush. After any move that is -6 or less, B+K will tech crouch quick enough to beat any high in the game. I often mix up closing the gap with 66A into either B+K or step, if they mix in some horizontal mid, I start using the shield (A+B). Pat has great tools to keep the pressure on, and don't forget to mix in simply guarding and baiting an unsafe attack they try to counter you with.
As long as you're not at the edge of the ring (unless you predict a hit, of course), be sure to throw B+K into the guard of a teching opponent for that gauge damage. Incredible. Once their gauge gets red and they get panicy, time to bust out the 6BBB string and also don't be shy with 1B~BE. I don't suggest trying to actually break the guard with B+K, as they will be insanely looking for it.
