Raphael's 66A+BG, worse fake out attack in the game. Not only is the initial attack not long enough to scare someone, the cancel itself is actual longer than the attack. Worthless.

The only useless move Zass has is 88A.
SK's 3a isn't very useful, but it doesn't get you killed for free like some of the other moves listed. I didn't know you could walk around Tira 4[A+B] like that, the move where she twirls it around her head and then lunges in, right? It's that easy to step? You shouldn't have told me that, Tira gimmicks like that still own me lol.
Mina's 6A+B. Linear, poor damage, unsafe on block, not even a NCC. It even kind of looks dumb. She has a lot of bad moves, but that's the worst. There just isn't a single situation where it would be useful.
True, but it still does have its uses. For instance, if the opponent likes to start the round with a predictable and slow to recover move that whiffs against Mina's 9A+B, or someone that just isn't that agile, like some players I've encountered thats gets caught in their own routine of moves that leaves them in a vulnerable position, such as Mitsu players that loves stance changing too much or a Yun player who is a bit too keen on crane stance in mid range.Yeah, and good players can block the first two hits and GI the third (ahem, Ramon or Mister-I-like-to-GI-everything). But I still think Seong's Crushing Long Blade (9A+B) is the absolute worst. Your opponent has about a whole year to step it.
Edit: On second thought, 6A+B does work the soul gauge real nice on block.
^ It's actually 44B.
The only use for that move is if your opponent begins to frequently GI 44B and you need to mix it up.
*Points to B+K*
Zas's B+K is very useful as a spacing tool, and it gives neutral frames on block.
