Soul Calibur VI: General discussion

3 hours and 30 minutes from now is when the trailers are usually up. Expect for Geralt's trailer, which was an hour earlier. So if we don't get anything in 3 hours and 30 minutes, then we can safely say we're not getting anything today.

Just in case if some of you don't know, Harada has mentioned that to develop a Tekken character from scratch takes roughly 6 months. I imagine it would take around that time to create a Soul Calibur character considering the pool of moves each character has which is on par with each Tekken character so 6 DLC characters espcially original ones is unrealistic unless they are already planned or classic character will be the ones for sale which, I think won't go down to well with those that are expecting them to return in the vanilla release. I think the only reason Dampierre got away with it was because his beginnings were on a portable which lets face it is not the home of the franchise so most wouldn't have given a shit.

Actaully Tekken characters have probably about 3 times the number of moves that characters in SC do. But how that affects development time, who is to say?

Edit: I lied, I did some research and boy am I wrong. Defnitely more moves in Tekken, but not that much more.

It's a statue based on his best base costume as well which is a plus. The horn has never done it for me on his design except on Night Terror.

They should really tease character reveals like CDPK did with Geralt. Otherwise instead of keeping people hype they just give them a false hope and inevitably piss them off when nothing happens.
