SC Controversial Topics and General Shitposting Thread

Oi, oddly shaped stages are a neat idea, but I would feel super salty if they were included in normal competition stage rotation, naw meen bruh?

Like, if it were an ‘extra’ stage or one that was banned from comp, then I’m totally on board, the Lizardman stages from 2 were some of the most fun to mess with, but if I were against a ring out monster like SCV Lizardman on that stage, I’d feel pretty cheated.

It could be one of those extra stages, like the four in SoulCalibur III, Quake, Ice, Whirlwind, and Smash. Or maybe even its own mode, a bunch of odd stage mechanic type deals. I could see it being fun and/or having use in some extra game mode like Weapon Master. Definitely not in the main stages.

I used to love those. They could do something like MK and have versus with special effects where the weapons and stages do things. They could definitely implement this because it seems like an easy add.

You mean "Special versus" (Extra Versus in SCII)? I think they might add it later on (in case if it's not in during launch). SC4's special versus was stupid though.

A man has been collecting material for his favorite game for a long time
a man does not know English, and uses an online translator
a man is too poor to hire a professional translator
a man begs for help
You need more self-reflection before you post this.
On the other hand, don't try to hijack threads too. Thats a no-no.
man you have a black heart
I hope - when you get into a great trouble and will beg for help, you will be answered with the same words

I mean similar to the extra mode that was in SCIII where you could fight that Hephaestus statue ... forgot the mode. They could just make something new like Injustice 2 did by giving clothing and items with stats that could be used to play in a special mode. However, that’s after they actually make the other core modes.

Does Bokuho translate to side-boob or something? I swear I have seen a football field's worth of side-boob from your avatars alone.

I don't like the idea of any of the SCIII guests coming back. They all felt incomplete, though not without potential...

...potential that would need to be fulfilled with a lot of dev time which could take away from bringing back out favorites and series standbys.

I could see a 'half baked, quasi chars!' DLC that had those shopkeepers, wayward nobles, and vagrants all for the low, low price of $9.99 and a like on twitter or whatever.

Potential that was already fulfilled with respects to Hwang and Li Long, as well as Amy if they wanted to bring back her SoulCalibur III style, if they'd take the data from the Arcade Edition to use as a base instead of the home release. And those are the big ones that would really have cause/reason to come back, other than perhaps Revenant, though Revenant was fine using Cervantes's style in SoulCalibur IV, if they didn't want to / couldn't fix up the Wave Sword style properly.

DOA's Helena Douglas's AOP.

He wants to discuss his wishlist, while in wishlist thread discussion is prohibited.
Thank you.

I'm glad the vast majority of posters here are being reasonable.

I explained the thread rules to him.
I private messaged him a copy of his post.
Instead of politely asking for clarification, he goes on to try to hijack other threads complaining about his issues and tries to play the innocent victim.
I mean its the shit posting thread, but even then there are limits.
Seems dumb.
It probably started out as a language barrier which I am accommodating him for.
I don't like when he repeatedly spreads misinformation however.

WAIT WAIT WAIT!!!!
at first I did not understand how local mail works
you are that unholy crocodile who on begs for help responded by destroying the labor of many people.
did not remove to a right place, did not close, but simply brazenly destroyed.
he clearly understood that if I submit such an illiterate wish list to the authors of the game, they will take me for a madman.
this is not a mistake and not an accident, it is a clear malicious intent of a man who envies a more talented person.
I file a complaint to local administration about excessding the moderator's authority

This sounds crazy, but hear me out for a stage. The Astral Chaos stage in III where you fight Nightterror could come back with a bit of a crazy upgrade. So you fight on the stage as normal, but you see a dragon in the distance silhouetted in stars just circling the stage for no reason. When one of the players reaches their last health bar the dragon suddenly swoops down and crashes the stage. With some of its surface resting on top of the dragon's back. As the players continue their fight on top. Probably too outlandish, but I love the idea of it.

Also when it comes to the bonus fighting styles in three my most favorite have been the wave swords, the fan, the dagger, the sickle and the grieve edges. If Project Soul ever wanted to add more characters into the games they should work around with those styles and give them better tweaks. The characters that had them don't have to return (having those from Chronicles of the Sword/Soul will be silly), though Revenant is one of the most canon characters like Asholette.

Why use a dragon when it could just literally be Night Terror? It's canon that he's imprisoned there, and perhaps he could be attracted to a surge of energy like a Critical Edge used while under Soul Charge, or in general the transformative Soul Charges.

Because dragons are freaking awesome!

However, that isn't a bad idea either; Nightterror could come and destroy a piece of the stage as Critical Edge is used during Soul Charge. To make it fun for some players that win a match on that stage you could have the option to fight Nightterror.

Nah you're just an unholy crocodile.

I do like the idea of more cinematic stages, kind of like Kilik's in V, only much more interesting. Not sure on that idea in particular though ;)

He's been in every traditional SC game, removing him just for that reason is ......Stupid.
Man, I really asked a student girl of psychology to conduct a survey among schoolboys.
she spent a week doing this survey among two hundred schoolboys, for comparison - enlliterate my wish list is a job for 5-10 minutes, I ask about this month and the result is zero.

about the Yoshimitsu the children responded amicably - a "merry\cheerful" and "fooling around" is not the same. "Merry" is Sakura(SF) + Xian(SC), schoolboys really likes them (although of course it's better to change Xian to a boy....genderswitch for Rock Howard , very popular among schoolboys, led to a sad result - schoolboys perceive Leo Kleisen as a transvestite and a pervert. Is it so difficult to do a reverse shift?)
Yoshi with his "Ninjacopters" "Mr Harakiri" and "Sillajutsu" reminded them for the clown Krusty from the Simpsons - fooling around for the amusement of the audience, and secretly hating this audience. Clown Krusty is a negative character, children do not like him - and Yoshi did not like it either.
