Soul Calibur VI: General discussion

They could literally change the story anyway they want and take out characters like Taki if they wished. So let's be more understanding about people being a little peeved with their favorite character not being in the game. That being said, those that are losing their goddamn minds and shitting on the game on a whole just because their character isn't in the game need to calm the fuck down. We get it it sucks. But don't shit on all the new exciting things that are coming about just because you as an individual feels shitty. That includes those of you complaining about things that haven't even been announced one way or the other. Come on, with ALL the fan service that they are giving us you're going to go crazy over one or two characters you can't play dress up with? Just stop. I mean that. Seriously. For the love of God. STOP. Lol! Okay carry on.

Cus its fun, otherwise this would not be a ''SC 6 general discussion'' forum, it would be a "Waiting for SC 6 to come out" forum. speculation keeps the forum alive and active until we get new info to speculate on and discuss about and so the cycle continues till the end of days...
and most importantly its just fun.
 
I’m wondering about the Groh and Kilik/Xianghua music. Maybe they were beta versions of current tracks?

But CaS for Comic Con or mass reveal.

Wish the teasers were still around. Soft confirms come pretty close but sword!Lizzy and possibly Cassie (even though I like her personality more than her sister’s which Mi-Na already has) seem likely.

Seems funny though that two fighting game Cassandras are spunky blondes compared to their family members whose names start with an “S” and have the same origin. Except one beats you with a selfie stick and the other with her butt.
 
I just wanted to say that waiting for this Soulcalibur is just as addictive or even more than all the previous ones. I find it extremely messed up that, even though I know that there is no news, I still end up scouring the internet every day at least a couple of times for literally anything. It's not like I don't have anything else to do, it's actually a bit terrifying. The only other game I would probably be inclined to do the same with would be a sequel to Bloodborne. Sigh... I wish they would just give us more scheduled reveals.
 
The wait is certainly hard. Lost track of how many times I rewatched the CaS trailer.

To be honest, this and Mortal Kombat are the only fighters to me lately that are relevant and even Fire Emblem overtook Final Fantasy.

Groh’s theme = destined battle?

But what about Kilik’s and Xianghua’s? Nothing seems to sound like them? Maybe the Proving Grounds sorta unless that was a beta version.

Wait what? you can clearly hear The New Legend in Undying Legend, it's in the title...it may not be as faithful as Sophitia and Nightmare's themes, but you can very easily figure out that this theme belongs to Kilik, especially when it gets to the "chorus".

Damn, Namco has a good ear for music.

Tekken 7's soundtrack is spot on, and it's looking like Soul Calibur's tracks will be right on the money, but, I've said it before, and I'll say it again:

This Soul Calibur will be the second in a row where the guest's track will be the best of the bunch.

Ezio's theme was the highlight of 5, and Geralt's will be the standout of 6.
