Voldo is a proof that you can be iconic and dope character while you're weird, it's all about the character design itself and all the little things surrounds the concept of a character in the end.
I still don't know exactly why but Voldo has always been an awesome character and still is. I remember in SC2 when i picked him i didn't really understand what kind of a character i was playing with while i still find him super cool, and i like him even more after watching his Kata, and then some highlevel play with him, mainly by Aris. I guess it's his mysterious aspects, his very unique fighting style and designs, all those things together make him iconic i guess.

His CE ends with 2 pelvic thrusts
So for the art panel, they said some stuff we knew about making things bright. He said he wanted us to see the characters' eyes. Gr0h and yoshi had some neat concept sketches. Gr0h had one where the inside of his Cape was yellow and the left side of his face was kinda scarred like two-face. Yoshi had one where he had 4 arms and was all red.
Producer-san sounded sorta bummed that Voldo leaked. Like, "I flew 15 hours to show this...". Lol.
There's gonna be 3 sticks that release day and date with the game. 2 from... uh... hori (?), where the xb1 stick has waifus (no talim tho) and the ps4 stick had nightmare and some other losers. And a black stick I think from qanba.

Voldo was the right-hand man to Vercci, an arms dealer with the nickname “Merchant of Death”, and was tasked to protect the Money Pit, where all of Vercci’s treasures were kept after his death. After spending years in the dark depths of the Money Pit, Voldo lost his eyesight but gained a heightened sense of hearing and awareness, making him extremely deadly to those who dared to enter the Money Pit in search of riches. Voldo’s fighting style is unmatched, as he contorts his body in unnatural ways and can even attack backwards, making him unpredictable and deadly in battle.

The guys who did a very early demo in Japan (Shining Decopon and them) are, I’m fairly sure, all part of Project Soul now, so they should have some good input on balance from pro-level players.

So this is the situation so far. I have modifed a list that's on 4chan to show who's in and who's most likely to come later. The ones that haven't been confirmed I've put in order from top to bottom my opinion who is the most and least likely to appear. Considering Inferno is in I imagine he will be in the character select centre when unlocked and will be the game's mimic negating the need to have other mimic's which is why they're missing from the list. I've also taken into consideration the timeline so SC4 character are absent.
So as of right now with Voldo's reveal there are:-
8 empty slots.
12 possible classic characters.
Apparently there's going to be a brand new character so this in mind it means 5 classic characters will not be making it (unless more character slots are added). Time to make your lists boys and girls, who do think will not make it into the game?

Although the franchise is 20 years old not everyone knows the story of the first Soul Calibur, especially those who started playing the SC IV-V, so I would like it better for this kind of image in "spoiler". ^^
