I think the way throws were originally implemented in SC was more of a "casual" thing. Breaking throws shouldn't be so random IMO. So I welcome a well-timed GI able to break a throw. Only one specific level/frame window of GI should be able to though. But it would be nice if the window is tighter unless there's a specific reason for it to be like that. I also like that CEs aren't universally invincible. Really, they should all be parry-able. That would make them exciting.
