Soul Calibur VI: General discussion

I have played all evening long! This game is great!!! Feels like there is plenty to do! :D I can't wait to keep playing over the weekend!!!

My copy was delivered to the house while i was at work. The first order of business later tonight when i play it will be to get Azwel in training to see what is what. Im on the fence about it. I dont care for him as a character but i am intrigued by his moveset from what i've seen on videos. So he might be CAS only for me.
I'm telling you this guy is fun to play. He flows well, once you understand his stances

Lol just played sophitia story mode. Perform her >a+g throw on Rothion and she says “did you enjoy that”. Guess Rothion likes facesiting.
Haha, that's an awesome little touch. Those are the kind of attention to detail things I like, all the character specific interactions (presuming that is indeed unique to that fight).

so in Libra of Souls, is there any way to change the starting outfit? it fits a Western/European character but not so much an Eastern/Asian character.

like, what if I want to be a ninja like Taki? why am I wearing Western soldier armor? lol

Finish creation. Then access options when you hit the map for the first time. There will be a "Creation" option. You can play dress up there.

also, just want to add, this game looks really nice on my Xbox One (X). Love the menu designs and the overall background artstyle.

and the gameplay ( so far ) is nice and crisp and fluid.

oh, and the Deluxe Edition is a nice little package. Steelbook is pretty cool, and I'm glad the sound effects are only activated by button press.

I still think they should have included a mini artbook or a little something extra ( like in game armor/weapon pack ) to add value to the Deluxe, besides just getting the soundtrack.
