Soul Calibur VI: General discussion

So regarding Astaroth I remember the comments floating around the community that he's been made bigger but with me seeing him in game it never came across that his proportions were increased. However there appears to be some truth in that his chest and shoulders have been widened ever so slightly. I do wonder if it has made any difference to his game plan, seems to me the battle director has made a mountain out of a mole hill.

Getting rid of the actual shapes like the cylinder and heart but adding other parts including what's missing from 5 isn't gutting. It might feel like it because they hardly gave anything. You literally can't avoid it offline either and that's ridiculous.

You can if you advocate for the option to turn off your opponents CaS character from your end of the screen. This means that you don't have to put up with anything potentially offensive to you while the one's who enjoy edgy creations don't get their creative liberties oppressed. It's a win win.

Just want to reiterate that the game doesn't count losses and there's no win ratio You barely lose points on ranked. There's no rationale to quitting. This is basically a participation trophy in videogame format.

Frame data on the fly. Good shit. Downloaded :)

Edit. I noticed that the TC frames are not there (at least for some of Sieg's moves). For example, I know for a fact that Ab slide and 6K are TC moves but they are not listed as such.

I see a lot of Xianghua, Tira and Maxi.

I play PS4, mostly encounter Nightmare, Ivy and Siegfried, but characters like Maxi or Geralt are close.

The ones I barely encounter are Voldo and Mitsurugi.

I have to say i'm surprised to hear how often Ivy is encountered because i rarely see her. Siegfried is without a doubt the most common. Nightmare i've seen a good amount but not as much as Sieg for sure. Think i've seen maybe three Ivys.

Well... not counting me as an Ivy player of course. :p

How is it possible? She´s everywhere xD

Lucky you, I´m tired of her.

Dunno, i would actually like the mirror matches more often as that would probably help me learn her quicker but she definitely isnt more common than half the roster for me. This may have to do with the fact i only play like, 5 or 6 different people each time and not every day. Only ranked so far.

This is fake news. None of this is right. Everyone knows Talim is really on top, because she's the most popular SoulCalibur character ever. You see her online MORE often than Nightmare, due to the sheer number of fans she has. The idea she's among least played characters and that her popularity was overblown from everyone wanting to see her at age 32 in SCV is absurd.
