i have a question, why Namco released new DLC for SoulCalibur VI slowly?

look at Tekken 7, it has four seasons while SCVI have two seasons

SC6 Season 1 Pass and Tira DLC - October 18, 2018
2B - December 17, 2018
Character Creation Set A - Feb 18, 2019
Amy - March 25, 2019
Character Creation Set B - May 15, 2019
Cassandra - August 5, 2019
Season 2 Pass, Hilde and Character Creation Set C - November 25, 2019
Haohmaru and Character Creation Set D - March 30, 2020
Setsuka and Character Creation Set E - August 3, 2020
Algol.. me look at angry Hwang fans with pitchforks and torches i meant Hwang and Character Creation Set F - December 2020

if Hwang will happens then i will dressed him as any characters from other video games or his past outfits like this-

Even Tekken 7 was pretty slow for its first season. But they've gotten better. People can only assume that they just don't have a lot of people working on SC6 stuff in comparison. And then after the pandemic hit, everything probably slowed down even more.

Pretty much this. There's a smaller team. Probably even a few members who work on both. Pandemic makes everything more awkward as well

For Rock, should he be wielding the giant mace again or go for a different weapon like Cestus knuckles?

Astaroth is like Armor King while Rock is like King. The white & black giants thing.

I'd be okay with Rock using the giant mace, as long as he is reasonably differentiated from Astaroth. Alternatively, I've always wondered what would happen if they gave him a mace but it was not the same oversized mace as usual, to refresh the playstyle associated with the weapon.
I never thought of Rock as a knuckles type of character, but that's just my nostalgic outlook that I'm always associating him with the mace. Then again, I don't see why he couldn't transition to knuckles, though...

As for Aeon, if he does come back, I wish we heard his voice inside his mind, especially learn how he became the lizard man he is today.
  • Sword & Shield
  • Ax & Shield
or
  • Twin Axes?

At the very least, I want to be able to use the existing ax and shield style on a custom character. Even if it's not attached to Aeon, it would be nice if they patched in the ability to use it.

No shield but what about Tomahawk axes?

I'm telling you peeps, Bangoo would be a hit, LOL!

Current Lizardman style is completely broken, the only reason it exists is to be a placeholder for the story. No way they will add it anywhere else.

You know, thinking more about Lizardman as a potential SC6 S3 character:

Primary Weapon
My vote for the Macuahuitl:
• the savage/brutal nature of this type of weapon matches the savage/brutal nature of a cold blooded reptilian monster.
• Neat to see some mesoamerican weapon sets / move lists
• Could be paired with a shield, imo a scaly lizard-person needs no defense and actually looks more badass without one.

Lizardman is like the 2nd largest character, and a lumbering giant should have a fitting weapon.

Secondary weapons/mechanics
His Tail should be an official weapon (like Yoshimitsu's sashimono war flag / battle standard).

Lizardman could return with a BIG empahasis on his tail attacks. This would imply his BT stance is actually pretty dangerous (like Zas or Voldo)..
Lizardman already had quite a few lunges / forward leaps, so getting into a BT stance could be developed intentionally into a valid strategy.

Cosmetically there are options such as
• Normal Tail
• Spiked Tail (thagomizer)
• Tail club (ankylosaur)
• forked tail
• Tail with metal ornaments
Plus you can recolor weapons now, so you can make it match the body's scales

Lastly, there's potential for Lizardman to have some sort of healing / self regeneration mechanic. I don't think it necessarily has to be recovered HP like Yoshimitsu's drain grab. Seeing a scaly cold blooded brute regenerate would-be fatal wounds would only serve to increase his bad-assery.

Personally i'd drop the feathered wings 100% (it makes him seem too angelic, and frankly is strictly cosmetic).
Fire breathing I'd drop, but then again I'd be ok with the single UB fire breath.

A venom/poison mechanic seems a little bit too much in the Soul Calibur series but project soul keeps surprising us. It might compliment Lizardman having hp recovery turning him into a decent turtler (bad pun since they're both reptilian)
