While it's certainly disappointing to go without reveals for a while, the silver lining is that we can be sure that they're saving something mind-blowing for EVO.
We already know they're capable of a fantastic surprise mindfuck (4 characters at once, surprise evil-kilik tease, ivy and zasalamel combo), and we're close enough to launch that we can expect most characters to be at a level where they can be shown off.
Without a doubt they're setting up the anticipation so they can release a spicy hot reveal at EVO where they know expectations should be high.
That, or Bamco just doesn't understand hype and hype decay.
