as the title says, personally I really like watching SF4 videos because they are very entertaining and there is alot of hype if its recorded from somebody's perspective, also jaw dropping to watch a great comeback which I dont see in that many games nowadays sure people make comebacks but there usually not as epic as SF4 comebacks IMO.

I dissagree on SF4 comebacks being entertaining, mostly because of the Revenge meter mechanics. A player doesn't deserve free, large comboable damage just for having half or more of your life gone imo. Non meter comebacks can be impressive to me though.

I enjoy watching SC4 videos because of how mental the game is. I enjoy watching Melee the most though, because of how many dynamic situations appear in every fight that pro players have to react or adjust themselves to. That, and Melee has the most epic comebacks in comparison to other games in my opinion, for the opposite reason from above. No meters or counters to help you, just your own skill.

is this meter comeback impressive enough for you? I think the revenge meter just makes the game more jaw dropping simply because if the player if the other player thinks hes going to win for sure and then bam combo in to a super or etc etc. I think it provides more players with more hope and confidence when playing so a player will have a better chance to make the comeback.I do agree with you that getting more meter when being attacked is kind of awkward but still awesome no less.Melee was pretty awesome but kinda died out and brawl was so shitty.We can only wait until the next Nintendo major gaming console.

i like watching mostly all kof games... also last blade, soul calibut & fatal fury games... and sometimes tekken, street fighter and other random stuff...

Well my gripe was really just towards SF4's Ultra that can ONLY be charged through getting damaged, afaik other popular games haven't really done that. An offensively or over-time charged meter for special moves could be considered a reward for playing well or living longer, but I only see Revenge as a reward for getting beaten up.

Not to say that I see it as a bad game because of that though, I can still appreciate the skill and technical ability in the other parts of the game that make it good. And yeah, that's a badass comeback. The Ken really did deserve that win for parrying so perfectly and following up with the precise offense to win.

I gotta lovingly point out though, Melee hasn't died out, on the contrary it's starting to pull in more players (namely those who started out in Brawl), especially here in NC. Just two weeks ago I went to a tourny in Greensboro and alot of the big names showed up including alot of new competition. A growing NC team, Dr.PP and Lozr nearly beat M2K and ChuDat in teams finals, was probably the most hype sets of the night. The TO still hasn't uploaded all the videos online yet, but if I find the team finals later I might post them here just because.

Somebody did put up some crowd reactions though, lol.

Is there like a certain place that hosts tourneys in G-bro, cause the only tourneys ive really been to in NC are yu gi oh and magic tournaments.i thought all the big tournaments were like in Charlotte which is like a 2 hour drive away.

Going to Greensboro was a 2 hour drive west for me so I don't know if they host weekly or anything, but Bro Love is the group that put it together (tourney was HERB 2, http://www.smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=228939). Some cool guys, I got to meet them at an App State tourney before too. I also plan on going to Tipped Off 5 if I can, with some friends from WCU (it'll be somewhere past the NC border on the west, forgot where).

Personally I enjoy watching SF4, SC4 (of course), SSBM (SSBB is boring stupid and takes too long, plus too many metaknights), and the Guilty Gear games
