I am having a problem. Sometimes when I do 33bA > RC A juggle the 33bA will connect, then the RC A will be air controlled to the side.

I'm doing something wrong right?

I don't know. From what I remember, that juggle is escapable, but its pretty damn hard. Maybe you are just doing it off? I know that getting the 33bA -> RC A is really tough off of 9K sometimes. The guy will just float on by sometimes and the RC A part.

Depends where you are doing it from.

After 9K, 33bA should be delayed a bit, or land 33bA late.

After 4[A+B], 33bA should be done inmediately or instantanealy. If you miss a few frames, they will escape RC A, same as with CH 33B.
 
getting back to doing 33bA on the analog stick. The analog stick is a picky sone of a bitch. Sometimes when you want 6 you get 3 and vice versa or whatever. after 4[A+B] 33bA has to be done so quick its really tough, after CH 33B its not all that horrible. Gonna take some getting used to, to get it off consistantly, but I dont thinks its impossible for me anymore.

Playing with the analog stick Im convinced puts me at a disadvantage. Unfortunatly out of the 3 controllers I have, not one of them has a fully functioning d-pad. Guess I gotta buy another controller. or stick........hmmmmmm
 
i use a stick. i could get it before using a Dpad. and have done it with analouge (just dont like it that much) but with the stick i get it nearmy every time sometimes i cock it up with timing and end up dropping an imput. on the hole though just keep practicing it and you should get a feel for the different timings. personally i struggle with the one of 9K but thats cos i dont really use 9k enough
 
can we put together a little list of combos that can end or incorperate 33bA? Ive been working on getting it after CH 33B and such and its really rapey, I love it. Ill start.......

O.o CH3B = 33bA combo o.O can you do full RC A (escapaeable (but hardly anyone does) 236A) after cos if you can that is some really mean shit.

oh i re read and i think you mean you were trying but it didnt work off CH3B :( dam that would have been sweet.

It's worth the gamble to go for 33bA after CH 33b. From what i've seen, your best options after CH 33b are:
1) PSL1 -> RC A i.e. you're fired
2) PSL2 -> RO B -> RC B/K i.e. set of steakknives
3) BL cancel, 33bA -> RC A i.e. Cadillac El Dorado aka victoly!

That is in order of increasing damage. The 33bA does ALOT more damage that PSL1 -> RC A. Easily 20 points worth more. And your tack on damage is better. RO B does more damage than PSL1 -> RC A and about the same as 33bA if you guess their tech and do the right RC move, but if you guess wrong you are side turned and at disadvantage. 33bA is much more guaranteed than the RC guessing game from option 2. If I could execute better I would do option 3 everytime. Remember: ABC

yep, that is pretty much the whole list of moves where you can open 33_99bA with (9K, not 11_44_77K, CH 4A+B_4[A+B], CH33_99B)

Twiggy: a little correction, CH 33_99B PSL1 > RC A, but 236A isn\'t confirmed, only 1K, but I do it for the sake of it sometimes~
but from actual fight data, there is a high tendency for 33_99bA to leave you in a bad position (back turned) or cause RC A to whiff rather badly in a way it leaves you open rather than pounce to safety

CH 33_99B PSL2 > RO B > RC B requires 33_99B to hit at max range or it can be techable to the right, but its easy to react to whether it is done on the right range. can be just ukemied also.

a situational way to use CH 33_99B:
Wall 45degrees to the left
CH 33_99B PSL3 > PSL1 BL KK W! 2A Throw (guarantees a back throw if done properly)
 
yeah 236A is just ukemi-able if i remember right thats why its in the brackets. personally i nealy always do 236A or 2K+B,B

thats wall combo looks well tasty. does the PSL3 offer any aGI from that position if so then there is some protection if you dont get CH.
 
I don't know if this was mentioned already, but when I get 33K on CH I can hit them with A+BG

the timing seems strict, it only connects if you push it as early as possible, I haven't done any real testing on it, as I was looking for tech traps at the time, but I can replicate it.
