is there any equivalent of pyrrha's 6B+K for oprah? oprah has some of pyrrha's good tools, but she doesn't have the 6B+K... that move has so much range and so safe

does the 4 on NS/DNS B not work on back-turned enemies? bc i was practicing NS B:4 combos but after [4A]A i couldnt land a single 4.
Sounds like you're letting go of 4[A] too early. 4AB will combo on CH regardless of the amount of charging, but 4[A]A will only work when the first hit is fully charged. Can someone explain why the second hit of CH 4[A] A sometimes gets blocked when I use it after a guard break such as 4B or 6K? It's happened to me twice today, and it cost me a match.
I was attempting 4[A] A, 6BB, CE. Instead of killing them and taking the 3rd round, I was blocked and punished hard.
Can anyone help explain the combo 2AB, DNS B
Cause I can only pull of NS B.
Can you some how do a preparation input or do you just need to be quick?
I talked to you before in a PM about Leixa. Lol. Aside from that...It sounds like you're thinking of Counter hit 4AB, DNS B.
The input for DNS B has to be performed quickly, but it has to be delayed. Wait until after Pyrrha has started retracting her shield after the second hit before even starting the DNS B input.
You're getting NS B because you're doing it so soon that by the time she's recovered from the B in 4AB, only the second quarter circle is still stored in the input buffer.
Hope this helps.
Discovered some pretty useful anti-Ivy tech. It turns out that at certain ranges you can avoid Ivy's CE and launch punish her even if you weren't ducking (similar to the tech Party Wolf discovered for Xiba).
Basically you just input 66K during her CE's startup animation.
Note that this has some range dependency so it won't work at point-blank range, but it should save your ass if she uses her CE after blocking any poke with a small amount of pushback or after setups that leave her at a small distance away from you. Here's a video to show you just a small handful of situations in which you can expect the glitch to work:
I added music to compensate for the awful quality :P
I only tested it very briefly against Astaroth, but I couldn't get it to work on his CE. If I find anything though, I'll be sure to mention it here :)Do you think this tip can work against Astaroth's CE ?
Speaking of Astaroth, what's the best way to open up an Astaroth player? I know Asta is uncomfortable at close range but he isn't exactly helpless.
What are some good pokes/pressure attacks that can help me open up a person who has a strong defense? Are there any other good frame traps besides 4B?
