Well, here's a controversial thought. I love the character designs in this, and I like the stylized vibe they're going for,
But unrelated to all that... Taki is too shiny! Thats right, they went wild with the lighting tech available, and her suit is just a tad too shiny in this game, going by the beta. She looks great, she's still got it as they say, but in certain maps she can look either too dark or blindingly shiny, it's just interesting. So clearly we've gotta make her a less shiny outfit in the character creator.
Other than that, no aesthetic complaints, everybody looks great. Controversial thought of the day, ninja suit is too shiny. Not even talking about when she has glowing letters on her, though it is funny that it goes with the theme of Taki being blinding to the naked eye. Gotta wear sunglasses playing Taki. (Exaggerating for comedic effect here)

Talim's Filipino, but yes she is notably lighter than she used to be, which I'm guessing is what was meant. Zasalamel is also quite a bit lighter than he was before. A questionable decision tbh.
