Cassie’s outfit is a little bit too unique for being a generic or an NPC. And I know she appeared after a time skip but she looks like a loli. Admittedly cute though.

What interests me about her design though is that unlike Hwang, she looks pretty varied. Hwang still has a unique headband but otherwise he doesn’t really look special.

And Rothion looks kind of weak for a blacksmith.
 
I admit, Cassandra may be one of my least favorite characters in the series, but that redesign for her looks pretty cool. I'd be eager to see the whole design if/when she makes it as DLC.
 
Hmm, there was an armor break on the Lizard Wizard and I didn't see any parts come off. He doesn't have much on in the upper body though, so it's hard to draw any conclusions.

Edit: Nope, armor break is definitely in for customs. :\
 
Have we seen other NPCs have multiple expressions? Cass' redesign is pointing towards being DLC so i wonder if the multiple expressions is another indicator.
