His mech-arm only started in SC2.
I was really hoping he'd have a mech arm in SC6 but it doesn't appear to be the case. Maybe only his wrist/hand is mechanicl instead of the entire arm/right chest like in the more recent versions.

His sequence ~0:44 after his soul charge animation has a lot of fire attacks. I don't know if those are all UB gained from soul charge or just clever editing for the video

Regarding his soul-stealing: Is there any significance to the 3 orbs he steals ? He gets 3 cancels ? If you look at his flag banner /sashimono you'll see 3 orbs on the top.

It looks like someone really screwed up out there by releasing the announcement with the Playstation logo on it first. I am imagining some Japanese bowing heads in shame right now because of this. It may be nothing to us, but from a PR standpoint and inter-company relations, it is a potential mini-disaster.

If they resolve this without people committing seppuku (which, considering the character, would be appropriate for the occasion (sorry)), we'll probably have an official announcement later today (or tomorrow, American time).
 
The fighting game character famed for his mental costumes does it again with another mental costume. XD

I do love the yokai oni vibe they're going for here, makes him really stand out from the rest of the cast having a moster esque design. Still doesn't top my favourite design (SC3 2P costume) but still top notch as usual.

It's not super surprising to me, but I suppose it's nice to have a confirmation. But you can't spell Namco without Namu, of course.
