That explains the whole 'something happening on the 4th' thing we heard a while ago.
I dunno if it's just the rotten experience I had with the beta or the fact that my depression is at an all time high but I just kinda don't care anymore and have no expectations for these events now. I feel like we've seen all there is to see. I'm not even remotely hype for the DLC characters because I have a feeling they're not gonna be anyone exciting or that I'd care for (even though Tira's a great character so I should expect similar quality).
At this point I just want to get the game and play it lol.

The CaS thing is depressing, especially if what I think one of the packs may be head/face wear which is surprisingly lacking.
Still, there could be more to unlock in the base game.

This game will be the best shot the series has ever had in a very long time ,with streaming and esports being so commonplace now.
SoulCalibur 4 was the last of the early ps360 era fighters and slipped under the cracks due to being rushed/bad balance.
SoulCalibur 5 came right before streaming and sports became a thing. If they had rereleased it or kept supporting it, it would have done better.

If they make a soul calibur 7, they should plan to release it earlier in the next generation’s life cycle. It might come in 3 years then.
