Did you even read the pack description? It is a holiday celebrated in Japan. Probably is released to celebrate that holiday (same as the Christmas packs for Westerners and the Halloween pack for Americans).

Only things available, last time I checked, are the samurai armor, the apron, firefighter suit, overalls, and headgear. SCV character packs and hair are not available, yet.

Hey guys I bought all four packs and i'm happy with them.
my surprise fav so far is the aoen head with the fire fighter gear and motorcycle helmet fighting for 2nd.
I wanted to post some of the things i have dicovered so far.
from the item pack Pac-man and klonoa can not be color edited or textured.
The Shoulder kitten and the strange ward can be color edited or textured.

The shoulder kitten, klonoa and pac-man are only located in the first item box.
you can not adjust thier length,width or deph slider indepently

the terror mask can not be color edited or textured and is considered a hat.

Enjoy a few quick mash ups i whipped together while seeing whats was what.
Admittedly not my best work.
