As GamesCom 2011 continues in Cologne, Germany, Namco continues their steady release of new information and artwork. While a few select Europeans are getting the chance for a first hands on with the game itself... (curse you, Kayane!) we're stuck here with screenshots and artwork only!

Yes I played Natsu. And I will tell my impressions about her in my summary the 30th August. Sorry I can't say more, but i wish i could !

During my interview with Tago-San, Soul Calibur V was played in the back with the new characters to have some gameplay videos. Maybe you'll see Voldo's Critical Edge, i don't know because i was interviewing Tago-san, so i couldn't watch the screen. Nothing sure, but I hope so !

Thanks for the reply. So I'm guessing you nor your opponent pulled off a Critical Edge while you were playing. I was a little curious about how they were performed...

• Will there be a playable demo on XBL/PSN?
• Do you know any more characters that are returning?

The stages just keep getting better and better. I just hope for Setsuka and Yoshimitsu to be confirmed. C'mon guys, you can pull through this!

Setsuka will most likely be in SC5, because of her ending on SC4 and remember, they just put her into the SC series. It wouldn't make sense to keep her out at around a time like this. So cheer up buddy. In the late future, you will most likely see her in EVO or GamesCOM

 

^ That and the fact that she's Daishi's pet :)

While that is a more common pattern, this time, the press embargo is strictly related to hands-on impressions.

I was there when the French PR rep directly told Kayane she could state fact (of what she saw or was told); however, impressions were off limits. The issue because that it is a rather blurry line between fact and impression so it is likely safest to just wait.

Your constant defiance is cute and all, but there's a time to recognize when to just take it in.
