Oh jesus Norik cry me a river already.
But anyway, the choice is pretty damn obvious.
PC user can gloat all they want about superior graphics, but the truth is, Games were not designed to fully take advantage of all the processing superiority that they have.
Take Skyrim for example. Since they knew it was going to be a game for ALL platforms, it was designed with the lowest common denominator, in this case the PS3.
I've seen Skyrim on a top-notch PC that has roughly 6-8 times the processing power of my PS3, and let me tell you, the graphics don't look all that much better. Sure, it's a little smoother and the anti-aliasing is better, but all in all it's only marginally better.
Now, with the new consoles right around the corner, PC games will now take more advantage of the processing power. Why? Because the new consoles means that game developers can make a multi-platform game by simply porting it over now (especially since the new consoles are built more like PC's anyway).
So let's go back to the question. PC vs consoles.
If I wanted to play skyrim on a PC, I would have to spend about twice as much on a system that is capable of playing the game, as opposed to a 250$ PS3. Not to mention, all the other current multi-platform games would also require a PC that is at least twice as expensive as a console. And since I hate FPS anyway, there is not a single game that I would want a mouse and keyboard for.
Don't get me wrong, I love my PC. I like to look at facebook, 8wr, and other things, and it's good for that. And to be honest my PC is so old that it's actually got a slower processor than my ps3!
So all those PC elitists who boast about better graphics and blah blah blah, you can have them, especially at that ridiculous price tag. Not to mention, SC has never been on a PC :)
