Soul Calibur VI: General discussion

You're difficult to understand if you write in broken English. Aside from the ones you mentioned, Raphael can use 6AA, 22AA/22AB, 66A and 46A from a distance. Up close, he can use AA/AB, 3A and 2A. If you have trouble hitting opponents, then your spacing isn't good enough. In Preparation, he can use 6A and 6K from a distance. Prep AA/AB or KKB when in close range. SE A should be used when you have frame advantage or if you're far enough away so that they can't easily interrupt you. After 66(B) or 6B(B) on hit in close range or a blocked 66(B) at tip range, for example. That is when SE mixups come into play. If your opponent starts disrespecting that and hitting you out of the stance right away, you attempt to counter hit them with Prep BB or AB next time.

If you think Raphael has no defensive and spacing tools, then you clearly don't understand the character. Anyway, I gave you examples and this is where I'm going to end the discussion.

First of all, there's no need to be shitty. So what if he might be ESL, how many languages do you speak?

Second of all, AA is a bad move. The range of the first hit is dismal, and is incredibly steppable. 6B is a far superior choice in close quarters, simply because its speed.

Raph's *only* good step catchers are:
6AA
2A
4A

2A is probably the most reliable, but all it does is land a hit. 4A lands a stun, but is rather slow. 6AA is kind of in the middle. It'll do the job - slightly slower than 2A but if you land it, you get two hits.

If you're going to use anything prep, your dicks better be touching or you're gettin' stepped, boyo.

I've just learned of a really cool small detail in Soul Chronicle that is easily missed, if you're like me and did that mode first, and then Libra of Soul. If you do Libra of Soul first, and presumably, get to the part where you spar with Kilik, then the part of the main story where Edge Master has you train with a mystery warrior... that character is actually your character from Libra of Soul!! It still uses the hooded warrior art, though, would have been even cooler if there was a way to artify your custom character in the same way it does in Libra of Soul. Still, this is really neat, for those that missed it. You can replay the story chapter, and it will have your Libra of Soul character in it instead.

Looking at the credits, almost all of the characters are voiced by the same Japanese voice actors (Taki, Seong Mi-na, and Xianghua are some of the few who changed).

And the voice cast is credited in a very specific way. It lists all playable characters first, then cameos (Amy, Cassandra, and Edge Master), and then everyone else. Poor Hwang, he wasn't deemed worthy enough for the "cameo" section.

So a guy said they faced this in rank....let the debate begin.

There's no button configuration at the character select screen even though other games including Tekken 7 have it? Okubo, come on, bruh.

I want to make a recipe or a fundamental list ALL fighters should have in this day age. Im even thinking a reset button on the pause menu would be so beneficial to restart a match instead of going back to the character selecr.screen after button checks

Wait doesnt mk have this?

Small complaint but I wish SC would implement the thing Tekken does where you can scroll through the movelist on the gameplay screen in practice mode without having to pause every time you want to check the notation for something.
