I can't see the video right now, but this shit sounds awesome! Cant wait to get my hands on it.
 
The new move looks like it might replace A+K and be High/Low. Both her tonfas are spinning and doing the charge animation and the right one is pretty high in the air. Could be a useful soul gauge move.
 
That's her CF attack (A+B+K). Dampy's CF attack didn't work the gauge very well so the others' might not either.
 
I talked to Kura the other day and he got a chance to try out Talim in BD. He didn't tell me much, but what he did tell me was that her Wind Sault K cancel is still there. Also, WS B+K does a new stun. It still combos into WS A+B, but you can also do other things such as another WS B+K.
 
What really matters is the amount of block stun on her moves. Talim is punished FAR worse on whiff than any character in the game.

It's not so much as a new stun as it is a bounce or "bound" sort of from tekken. I did it and was like WTF? lol. But yeah it still combos.
 
AS B+K 6 AS B+K does 63 damage, pretty nice except even the computer steps it like crazy. It's SO linear
 
tested a few things out in BD.

Assuming the frame data of moves in BD is the same as SC4...
>66A+B GB now gives +4 adv. on block instead of +1. Makes 1A+B/3B uninterruptable (useful)
>WC B:B GB is still minus on block but it's only -2 instead of -4
> Overall damage increase on combos and certain moves. (very useful)
>3BA only does 26 dmg instead of 30
> Windsault recover JF is still in the game
>AS B+K gives a bounce and combos with another AS B+K or AS A+B. (If you do AS A+B after AS B+K, you can't combo 2A+B afterwards anymore. So I don't know why you'd ever use it except maybe for ROs.)
>4AA is still garbage. Still doesn't combo on CH. (sucks)
> Overall Soul Gauge endurance increase. Hurts SG based strategies considerably. (sucks)

Some BD Talim Soul Guage stuff:

4B breaks in 8 1/2
2A+B breaks in 16
A+B+K(CF move) breaks in 8
6A+B breaks in 12
66A+B breaks in 15
66B breaks in 15
66A breaks in 20
44B breaks in 15
4B+K breaks in 12 but hits opponent negating CF stun.
33A breaks in 15

66K, 6K, 3K, and 4K don't seem to break Soul Guage at all. They damage it minimally and don't crack it for CF. Possibly useful if you're opponent is blinking and you want to save the CF for the next round.

Yeah, that's right. I completely forgot that some attacks just can't break the gauge. They can weaken the gauge but the final hit must be from certain moves like 66B/6A+B/2A+B...etc.

A+K is auto guard(enemy is can't ducking by second motion)

I dont get it... while some characters are getting HUGE damage buffs... Talim, who actually needed it, seems to be pretty negligable.
