Didn't the dudes up at PS say "Talim is still alive" at like, E3 or some gaming convention somewhere with a SCV spotlight?

Everyone perfectly knows Talim will return as DLC. So will other fan favorite characters. I know for a fact Talim will, and so does everyone else. I think Talim, Cassandra, Zasalamel and Yun will all return as DLC.
