Had nothing but knightmares and Siegfried again and 1 taki and 1 yoshi. Online starting to get to me by fighting the character over and over again. Wish I can filter them out.

It's a very smart business decision.

I would only agree with your point if the other two DLC characters are also guests, but I really doubt that will be the case.

I doubt there is more money in the budget of PS to be able to afford another character from another IP, for the rest of the season pass it must be all the other characters that are popular, like Cassandra, Setsuka, Amy, Yung sun, Lizardman, and the rest which not really that popular. i think the most likely are Cassandra, Setsuka and Amy in that order( Amy is too young to be in but thats what was said about Talim too in the beginning so it can go everywhere from here on).

Amy is fine to be in, just on her age, because the story goes up to 1590, which is the same year of SoulCalibur II-IV. So she's not going to age more than a year between now and the end of SoulCalibur IV. The question is story relevance and if she's a fighter, which, originally, it was assumed that she wasn't trained until after the events of SoulCalibur II, since we were grasping at straws for story, but now, with SoulCalibur VI, we got clarity that Amy was trained in response to Raphael feeling Amy should be able to defend herself, and she does defend herself in both story modes, so... Amy is a fine inclusion.

Setsuka may have a unique fighting style, but she doesn't have story relevance, and that's her biggest flaw. She's so irrelevant to the story, that she wasn't even referred to in passing, alluded to, or anything. She has one line in a training article in the museum. She has less exposure than Rock, Hwang, and Li Long. That's not a good thing, unless they were intentionally leaving her out for shock value, but I don't see the point in doing that.

Cassandra is in, and she has a new design, but she doesn't fight, so that's her biggest argument against. Hwang, on the other hand, does fight, but isn't seen, so while he doesn't have a redesign, he does have a slight edge over her with regards to having storyline fights to participate in about which to tell a story that does involve fighting. Though Zasalamel showed us that not fighting doesn't necessarily mean you don't get a story. Only time will tell, really.

If it's true that she's CaSable, perhaps they've made some strides in the right direction about convincing other companies with how they're allowed to use their characters. If. We don't have confirmation that we can use 2B's style yet, and we don't have confirmation that her costume will be usable either, beyond the Kainé outfit which is advertised right next to the Emil head and other accessories. You can argue that because Type-4O weapons are shown, it implies that 2B will have a full weapon loadout, which MIGHT mean that we can use 2B's style, but it's not confirmed yet, so we shouldn't act like it is. Even though we can use Geralt's style, we can't customize Geralt nor can we use his outfit, so 2B may very well follow suit with this. The argument against might could be that Kainé's outfit is being modeled on 2B herself, but again, it doesn't confirm it in and of itself.

hope we get confirmation either way about the extent of her CASability soon.

if I can't at least use her main dress for my CAS, then I WOULD feel like she's a waste of DLC spot that could have gone to another character, like Cass or Setsuka.
 
2B really doesn't clash much though visually. Her outfit fits pretty well in the series (hence everyone hoping her dress can be used in CaS, because it fits quite well with the setting), and there's already magic floating weapons in the game. The only weird thing is the little robot buddy.

Her stage on the other hand absolutely does, although we have had a glimpse into the future before (I remember one Zasalamel ending showed him go into modern times).

yeah, it's her robot buddy that sticks out.

her outfit does fit SC period. which is why I want it for my CAS.

Who asked 2b? Is there a poll in which *she* (she? or it's he?) was number 1? It's worst guest character in SC franchise. Thanks that this crap is not in base roster so i can ignore this character.
