I only ever played Broken Destiny on Vita, and it looked pretty awful, despite the Vita’s beautiful OLED screen. This screenshot seems about right from what I remember. But that’s definitely the Miser from Broken Destiny. This is the Miser from SoulCalibur VI:

But that's not really helpful in resolving the possibilities, since, even if the image is of a SCVI creation being filtered through steam mods, I was assuming (especially with the context of Lisa's comments) that it would be a custom creation, not the official libra design. And if it were from Broken Destiny, Lisa would need some niche hardware to get it easily on to your PC, assuming she didn't just get it elsewhere (also unlikely from context).

I played BD on the original PSP and have seen videos of it emulated on other hardware, and while the lighting looks about right to the BD version of Thesmophoros' Gardens, nothing else looks quite right there. So I'm leaning towards it being a modded version of SCVI's editor output (whether a steam mod of the game itself or just a modding of the output image), but I can't rule out a really rough version of Broken Destiny emulated with some software with fairly deep graphical options.
 
I’m quite sure that you’ve misunderstood Lisa’s post. She was stating that she hates the Jagged Layers hair that Miser has in SoulCalibur VI’s Libra of Soul (as seen in my image) and that she preferred her using Mitsurugi’s hair as she did in Broken Destiny (as seen in her image), and was lamenting the lack of unisex hairdos because you can see that Mitsurugi’s hair works on the female SoulCalibur IV custom character model. Her image is absolutely not from SoulCalibur VI.

Well, that comment could equally have been the case and have the same basic meaning even if the image in question was a modified SCVI image.

However, as it turns out, the image comes from the Wikia entry for Miser and does ultimately come from Broken Destiny. It must be that whoever generated it did so under emulation, because the shading and equipment resolution looks different in many respects from how it normally does: though in some respects I actually like this down-resed cell-shaded-emulating look.
 
I'm curious, but does anyone else see this character every time they look at community creations? It was cool seeing it at first, but now it's always the first thing I see and it gets a little annoying at times, I'm curious if I'm the only one?

There's some very creative stuff here: I particularly like Kayley (I don't know Quest for Camelot, but I think you made an effective design for replicating that fantasy cartoon vibe) and the Kitsune--and I know plenty of people are going to dig that Ashlotte vibe: she may just be the most popular SCIV guest artist character (though personally I am partial to Kamkikurimusi).

Thank you so much, I'm very pleased on how Ashlotte turned out :3 I also have a WIP of Scheherazade and now I'm thinking about making the other SCIV Bonus characters the best I can, might have to use a new weapon for them too :) But I am now thinking about making the others now :D
