I just remembered that I should temper my expectations. Expect no character reveal as to avoid disappointment and to fuel excitement if it actually happens.

I’m actually hoping they take a cue from Samurai Shodown and reveal all of them. That one at a time shit was terrible. It’s a longshot I know but I can hope.I just want Low Pigtails back from SoulCalibur III. I don’t think that’s asking for much.

I think that's the best you'll get. I doubt anyone can get good pictures of every CAS model in Lost Swords. But those icons give a good idea of everything they made and ported for Lost Swords. There is definitely a lot of stuff there I wouldn't mind seeing in SC6.
I dont see any of the arcane or pirate costumes

While that's always a reasonable perspective, I think there is substantial reason to be optimistic here. In fact, I'd go as far as to say that the Invitational date was almost certainly set for a point in time where they were certain they would have hit a certain development benchmark and have some degree of marketing prepared for it. They are completely in control of the booking process, with relatively little in the way of constraints for a good date, and they are clearly eager to promote Season Two--as I've been saying since forever, they have a lot riding on the effort to normalize multiple season passes / a continuing support model of distribution. So they'll probably put more force behind the upcoming Tekken and Soulcalibur season passes significantly in excess of what they have done before, and maybe even with a level of production value that shrinks the profit margin and makes this Season Pass content only marginally profitable, depending on the number of units they sell.
But I think if it comes to that, they are willing to spend that money for that return right now, because it's the fulcrum that they and other publishers are going to use to rescue the genre from the catch-22 of the locked pricepoint of a base game, even as costs skyrocket. And I think we're going to see that this extends even to better marketing for the next season passes. So they will not want to waste the platform of their biggest event of at least the rest of this year, if not the year to come and will have planned accordingly.
That said, there's a pretty significant field of possibilities as to what might be revealed. The first Season Two character (aside from Haohmaru)? All of the Season Two additions? (Hey, that's the way it went down for Tekken Season Two, right, so we can dream!). A major update that includes (in addition to significant balance work) some combination of the new moves, the new mechanics, new stages or (more likely based on what we've seen recently) a number of stage variants, quality of enjoyment fixes, another drop of CaS freebies of some size, and/or netcode and matchmaking fixes. It could be characters, a patch, new about specific mechanics without any particular date reveal, or a pastiche various of those things: I think speculating on the particulars is probably fruitless--there's just zero indication on their part and only so much you can deduce about where they are/what they are focusing on, using context. But I do think we can say with some certainty that there will be some announcement/reveal which will get at least a significant number of people still focused on the game/buying its content charged.

Just release all of the fanservice stuff with one character release (the season pass does say that along with a character being released, CaS parts will come with the character)

I remember I said I would main Rock and change my profile pic to him if he was added. But I am convinced that Yun-seong or Setsuka is gonna be revealed Saturday.
If Hwang really is announced (I doubt it) I will change my profile picture to Yun-seong but zoomed in on his crotch.... (Like that one person who zoomed in on Algol's diaper)
